WORKSHOP ON CHILD ABUSE AND PREVENTION

Monday, April 23rd, 7 p.m. Trinity Auditorium.  This is an opportunity for youth, parents, educators, and others to learn about making and maintaining a safe environment for children.

The PROGRAM DONATION suggested is a freewill offering to help us meet expenses.  However, we do not want anyone who needs our services to be denied them for lack of finances.  Those blessed with more may wish to contribute more, and those who have less may give less, "so that all may be at peace in the House of God" (Rule of St. Benedict)

30 DAY RETREAT
This extended time of prayer is shaped according to the Exercises of St. Ignatius.  The monastery setting provides retreats with the quiet atmosphere that includes peaceful and ample walking areas.

The dates for retreat may be arranged on an individual basis.   Call or write for more information. SUGGESTED DONATION:  $850

DAY OF RECOLLECTION   
An individual or a group may spend a day at the Monastery for personal renewal.  Each person will be given a private room and may take meals with the monastic community.  Audio and video tapes on Scripture and spirituality are available.  Upon request, a person may meet with a spiritual director.   Available by appointment.

SUGGESTED DONATION: $35 per person per day (spiritual direction, 1 meal, bedroom use - not over night) $15 per person, per day (without spiritual direction)

BUILD A SABBATICAL   
Work with our staff to develop the perfect sabbatical for your needs.   One month, three months, a year!

SPIRITUAL EXERCISES OF ST. GERTRUDE
Enjoy an individualized directed retreats based on a program created by the 13th entry mystic, Gertrude of Helfta.  Directed by Sr. Ruth Fox.  Dates arranged on an individual basis.

SUGGESTED DONATION:  $55 per day

SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
Spiritual direction provides an opportunity for a person to meet with a spiritual guide regularly, usually monthly, to discuss one's personal relationship with God.  This ongoing process challenges a person to find their identity in God through prayer and honest dialogue with God and self.  Available by appointment.

SUGGESTED DONATION:  $55 per day

 

The Center Staff is also available to lead retreats and workshops at other sites upon request.  Let us tailor a program to your group.
